DIY: Chalkboard Pumpkin

If your kid is anything like mine, she likes to draw on any surface except the paper you provide. Am I right? These chalkboard pumpkins are really fun for little ones and grown-ups alike. The best part? You can give them a new design as often as you'd like!

This is a pretty inexpensive project. I had everything at home already, so that was awesome.

All you need:
Pumpkins
Chalkboard paint (I think spray paint works the best!)
Painter's tape
Chalk
Get some pumpkins - big or small.
Cover the stems with tape.
Spray them with chalkboard paint.
Yes, a pizza box makes a great drop cloth!
Let them dry for 24 hours.
Go to town!
As Addie would say, "Booful!" (beautiful!)

Enjoy!
