Well friends, we have some exciting news. We are moving to a farm! We are leasing a house on 80+ acres about 15-20 minutes from where we live now. It's a fully-functioning farm that grows corn and soybeans. Our little house is atop a hill, that overlooks all the land. We'll have a fireplace, an apple tree, a pond, some creeks, etc. It'll be our little test to see if we really love country living, while we continue to save for our own farmland. We get to plant a garden and we have permission to get chickens! I really can't believe it. I drove out there three different times last week with the girls. I got a little teary-eyed thinking about those wide open spaces. I'm so thankful for this chance to live and breathe and explore. We move in about a month. I'll be sure to share the journey here with you guys. Meanwhile, it's time to pack! AH!
