In the Kitchen: Kale Chips

Did you know that kale is one of the healthiest greens you can eat? Yep, it’s true. We really like it in a salad, but these chips are great too! Best of all, Addie gobbles them up! It’s still strange to me how crisp they get! Yum!

Here’s what you do:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Tear or chop your kale into chip-sized pieces. In a bowl, drizzle kale with olive oil and salt. Line a pan with parchment paper and arrange the chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. These are best eaten right away!
